Overview

Fees & Program Information for the 2025–2026 Season

At BC Rise, your fees support the full operation of our club—including coach and staff compensation, travel costs, facility rental, practice time, and tournament entry fees. Please note that uniform packages are not included in club dues for the 2025–2026 season. Packages will range from $200–$300, depending on the team.

We are committed to keeping our pricing as fair and affordable as possible while ensuring our coaching staff is compensated for the time, energy, and expertise they pour into our athletes.

Orientation & Jersey Fitting

If your athlete is offered a position on a team, there is a mandatory Player & Parent Orientation on Tuesday, July 1 from 6:00–8:00 PM. Further details will be shared in your welcome email. This meeting is essential—players will try on jerseys and select their jersey numbers, which will be assigned on a first come, first served basis.

A $600 deposit will be due at orientation to secure your athlete’s spot on the team11s-18s program. A $350 deposit is due for our 10s program. This is the first payment toward the season and can be paid by cash or online.

Season Structure

  • Teams typically consist of 9–10 players, though some may have as few as 8 or as many as 12.

  • Teams will practice twice a week for two hours at local gyms.

  • The season runs from November through April or May, depending on the team and age group.

Your season dues cover all team-related costs except for:

  • USAV/LSR memberships (approximately $25 per athlete)

  • Travel/transportation to and from events

We offer monthly installment options for dues, along with the following discounts:

  • Sibling discount of 5% for families with multiple players

  • Upfront payment discount of 3%

FEES BY TEAM

Ascend Teams for ages 10 through 18:

  • Age 10: 6 tournament days for $1,450

  • Age 11: 10 tournament days for $2,500

  • Age 12: 10 tournament days for $2,500

  • Ages 13–18: 12 tournament days each for $3,000

Elevate Teams for ages 11 through 15:

  • Age 11: 8 tournament days for $2,200

  • Age 12: 8 tournament days for $2,200

  • Ages 13–15: 10 tournament days each for $2,600

Your fees for each season include practice facility rental, coaching fees and tournament fees. Travel to and from tournaments and uniform packages are not included in your team fees.
 

Please note that uniform packages are not included in club dues for the 2025–2026 season. We will host a Uniform Sizing & Ordering Day in August, where athletes will be fitted and will place their orders directly with our vendor. The estimated cost of a uniform package is approximately $250.

All athletes are also required to hold an active USA Volleyball (USAV) and Lone Star Region membership. These memberships become available each year in early September and are paid directly to USAV and the Lone Star Region. The total cost is approximately $50 per athlete.

In compliance with Lone Star Region requirements, each team must have at least one certified scorekeeper and referee. Certification costs $25 and is valid for two consecutive seasons. Coach Jen will provide more information via email this fall regarding scorekeeper clinics and how to get certified.

If a team decides to participate in additional tournaments beyond the standard schedule, additional fees will apply. These may include tournament entry fees, coaching fees, and the cost of any extra practices.

 
 
We offer monthly payment plans and pay in full discounts (3% off). We also offer sibling discounts (5% off of the lowest sibling).  Any discounts are applied to the amount remaining after the deposit.
